It’s nice to see that not all designers have abandoned Flash. This is a perfect example of how to execute an awesome flash website. A video intro (skippable), funky (yet innovative) navigation, fullscreen background video, and auto-playing music all help to make this site beautifully gaudy. Many average users might find it annoying, but I love it, and I think the overall aesthetic helps to reinforce the upscale-restaurant image CARLS RESTAURANT is trying to convey.
